We never entertained the idea of shopping around for an agent because we knew, from the previous two sales you have made for us, you would be dedicated, professional, thorough, fair with your fees and, just as importantly, supportive and honest with us. As always, you were efficient and no-fuss in getting us prepared for the marketing campaign. You had a clear idea of how you wanted it to run and were great about making sure we understood the reasons behind your plan. For example, I wasn’t sure about the need for two 45min mid-week exhibitions every week but you explained how even one viewer could make it worthwhile and the value of giving people a chance to wander through without the weekend crowd, and we discovered that was the case. Your experience, expertise and professional instincts showed in every strategic decision you made and in the way you communicated it to us. We appreciate that you constantly stayed in touch with us and kept us informed about what people were thinking and where potential buyers were at (with professional discretion, of course). We also remain in awe of how hard you work to make sure every lead is followed up and that everyone has what they need, but still find time to stop, chat/debrief with us. I have wondered aloud more than once about when you actually get some downtime to yourself!
